So for this reason, we offer both packaging & non-packaging options. For those giving candles as gifts, this is great. For those who chuck the box straight in the bin, this is also great. Not only does it save Earth’s precious resources, it saves you money - win, win!
Assemble your reed diffuser by placing reed sticks in the jar & allow 10 minutes for the oil to soak. Once soaked, flip reed stick over and enjoy the fresh scent! Turn the stick weekly to keep the strength of the fragrance. If you feel the scent is too strong, remove a reed stick or two. Keep your diffuser on a flat, stable surface to prevent any spills. If the oil spills, clean immediately and wash any skin that comes into contact. Keep away from children, pets, direct heat or sunlight.

All products from NŌLA Candles are proudly handmade in small batches in our workshop in Auckland, New Zealand.
NŌLA Candles was founded when Liv struggled to obtain employment with a huge twin belly & so she created a job for herself. She worked diligently in efforts to remain a stay at home mum, squeezing emails and orders in between naps & manufacturing products after bedtime.
We do not have a brick & mortar, however, we are stocked in stores around New Zealand. If you would like to check if we are in any stores near you, please see our stockist page.
We certainly do! We have a huge environmental focus and therefore, would love the opportunity to recycle jars. Please get in touch with us if you any jars that you would like to return.

We offer free domestic shipping (New Zealand wide) on orders over $125. International shipping rates for Australia are $29; however we have a $150 minimum on these orders.
We usually will package everything up to be picked up the following day and will usually be delivered between 1-3 days. We will allocate a tracking number so you can track the progress.

Yes, we do! We try our best to get any packages off as soon as possible as it can take a couple of weeks in transit. We provide a tracking number with each order so the package can be tracked on its journey. International shipping rates for Australia are $29; however we have a $150 minimum on these orders. Shipping options are shown at checkout and will vary depending on the delivery address. All orders come with tracking which will automatically be emailed to you once the package is ready to ship. Please check your spam folders if you haven't received tracking information. All candles are dispatched from our little studio in Auckland, NZ the following day we receive an order via courier. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days following dispatch.

RETURNS
Any issues or concerns, please contact us via hello@nolacandles.co.nz and we'll be happy to help you. If you are unhappy with your product and the candle is unused, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange the candle for one of our other scents within 14 days. If the candle has been used, please contact us so we can find a solution.
We can cancel orders prior to allocating a tracking number so if you change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible.
NŌLA Candles uses all natural soy wax, which offer many benefits but can be temperamental at times. We value high quality premium candles, but occasionally nature has other things in mind. If you have any issues, please reach out so we can investigate what went wrong and try to rectify with you.
