New Zealand
Shipping options are shown at checkout and will vary depending on the delivery address. All orders come with tracking which will automatically be emailed to you once the package is ready to ship. Please check your spam folders if you haven't received tracking information. All candles are dispatched from our studio in Auckland, NZ the following day we receive an order via courier. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days following dispatch.
- NZ Nationwide Standard - $8.50
- NZ Nationwide Rural - $13.50
- Australia Nationwide - $29
- Free NZ Nationwide Shipping On Orders $125+
We are unable to courier to P.O Boxes, this will delay your order if you don't provide a correct address. We're happy to delivery to home or business addresses.
International
Currently we only deliver to Australia. But please contact us if you'd like an international shipping quote as we'd love to help you out.
Payment Options
On checkout you can either opt to pay by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay or Afterpay. (With Poli coming soon.) Please contact us if you'd like to pay via direct bank transfer.
Our transactions are processed immediately and in most cases your order will be shipped on the same, or next working day.
