In order to qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a registered business and agree to the terms and conditions of our wholesale trade. You are authorised to sell NŌLA products at listed stores (online + physical). Third parties need prior written approval.

Minimum order quantity is $300. Shipping rates will be added.  

If 5x candles per scent are ordered in one size candle (e.g. 100g, 220g or 400g), we will offer 1x free sample in each scent for the 100g candles on the first order to act as testers in store for scent selection. Online stores or stockists that do not have a physical retail store will not receive the free candle (as will have no use for the testers). If less than 5 are ordered, testers are available for purchase.

Please note that wholesale rates apply PER ORDER (cannot be spread across multiple orders or multiple different stores).

The retailer may choose the price to which they sell NŌLA products; however, NŌLA may not be advertised for less than the RRP unless by discount. A discount greater than 30% will need written approval prior.

NŌLA takes responsibility for the quality of all of our products, regardless of the place of purchase. If a customer is unhappy with any products, please direct them to our team so that we can work with the customer to find a solution.

For initial orders, we require upfront payment.

Once a retailer has reached a threshold, we will accept payments within 7 days of the order being dispatched. 

Any payments not received within this time frame will be subject to an additional 2% late payment fee and a $15 administrative fee. 

If a store is placing multiple large orders within the expected payment period, we require payment of the previous order to be settled before dispatching any further goods. 

If NŌLA is forced to require meditation from debt collection agencies to recover unpaid funds, any fees NŌLA incurs from the debt collection agency will be covered by the store/business.

We work very hard to ensure that all orders are shipped/delivered within 7 business days. If we predict any delays outside of this window, we will advise and appreciate your patience.
